Fiona Meyer

Position: Operations Manager

Fiona has over 15 years’ experience in market research. As part of the McNair yellowSquares’ management team she contributes to the development and implementation of organisational policies and practices. Fiona’s role as Operations Manager encompasses management of the Interviewing, Coding, Data Processing, IT and Administration teams. Fiona is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) degree.

Fiona has responsibility for overseeing McNair yellowSquares’ operations including the planning, direction and co-ordination of the Interviewing department. This includes the management and recruitment of staff which often involves specialist requirements for languages and sensitive issues. Fiona also holds responsibility for quality control procedures, monitoring and evaluating performance and adherence to practices of confidentiality and privacy in line with Australian standards under ISO 20252.

Fiona possesses a thorough knowledge of coding principles and conventions and has a working knowledge of Surveycraft, used for collating data and tabulations.

Fiona Meyer joined McNair yellowSquares as Coding Manager in 2003. Prior to McNair, Fiona worked for NCS Pearson as Supervisor of Data Entry and Coding. Fiona backs up her organisational capabilities with a calm approach and a solid background in accounting and business management through managing a past family business.
