In all our research projects we ensure that all respondents and potential respondents who are eligible for the survey are treated equally.
McNair yellowSquares operates a management system which determines, documents, implements and maintains the necessary organisational systems and practices to comply with the requirements of ISO20252:2019, the international standard for market research. McNair yellowSquares’ procedures and quality control processes are independently audited to ensure this high standard of research quality. McNair’s current certification is valid until August 2029.

McNair yellowSquares is committed to compliance with these principles and legislation. On completion of surveys, McNair yellowSquares creates a database of results which are de-identified by requirement of The Privacy Act and above-mentioned standards and codes. Identifiable participant data are confidential and all assurances given to participants are fulfilled. Information supplied by clients for project purposes will only be used in the context for which it is supplied. McNair yellowSquares will ensure that client requirements are clarified, agreed, delivered and traceable.
In the provision of consistent, accurate and relevant data, our practice includes careful checking by a peer at every step. This scrutiny during design, sampling, data collection, analysis and reporting processes ensures that details are verified, and a high level of accuracy is achieved. The management process includes a system of constant review and innovation to continually improve the provision of quality service. A pre-test will be carried out for all data collection instruments. McNair retains project methodologies and documentation sufficient to enable project traceability and replicability for a minimum of 24 months (or as agreed), and records will be made available to the client on request. McNair yellowSquares will only publish results with client permission. Results provided by McNair can only be published when supported by the data and when clearly differentiated from interpretation.
